We stand by the quality of our products. Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not offer returns or refunds for any purchase.
We will, however, process an exchange under specific, limited circumstances detailed below.
Exchange Eligibility Window
An exchange request must be initiated within the first 2 days from the date of your purchase.
The request must be sent to us via email at connect@zeneuro.aaiqra.com stating the reason and substantial proof (video/images)
If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

Conditions for Exchange
We only replace items through an exchange if they are found to be:
Expired: The product’s expiry date has passed.
Seal Broken: The item’s original safety seal is compromised upon delivery.
Damaged: The product itself is physically damaged, broken, or defective.

Required State for Exchange
In order to be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
Unused: The product must not have been used or consumed, except to verify the defect (e.g., checking if a seal is broken).
Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must have the original packaging intact.
Processing Exchanges
Once your product is returned to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of the returned item. If the product is approved after a quality check at our end (confirming it is expired, seal broken, or damaged), your exchange request will be processed.
